I am Yoshio Araki MD of the International Aesthetic Surgery Clinic
"KOKUSAI BIYOUGEKA" at Fukuoka Pref in Japan.
I established my clinic in 1989, and I am very rare cosmetic surgeon
having the number of over 120,000 cases till now.

NISHITETSU Bus. Come to HAKATA STATION from HAKATA PORT Int'l
TERMINAL or CHUO FUTO(HAKATA WARF). Bus# is 11,19,50, or 80. |

| You
will see NISHI NIPPON CITY BANK in left side, and also see FUKUOKA
BANK in right side, at HAKATA Exit. |
| Go
straight ahead through the both bank, and you will see SEVEN-ELEVEN
in left side. Turn left in SEVEN-ELEVEN. "M Building 2nd
Annex" is 50 yard ahead. |

FUKUOKA URBAN EXPRESSWAY ROUTE2. Go down at GOFUKUMACHI Gate,
and go straight on to TAIHAKU-DORI Ave. |
| Turn
left at KURAMOTO Crossing, and go straight on TAIHAKU-DORI Ave. |
| You
will see HAKATA STATION 3/4mile ahead. |
| Go
straight ahead through the both banks, and you will see SEVEN-ELEVEN
in left side. Turn left in SEVEN-ELEVEN. "M Building 2nd
Annex" is 50 yard ahead. |
